Designing, Adoption and Sustaining AI Capabilities

A global consulting firm needed to rapidly integrate emerging AI capabilities into its transformation services. While the technology was available, the organisation struggled with fragmented adoption, inconsistent ways of working, unclear value propositions, and low confidence among consultants. Leaders needed a system that would make AI usable, valuable, and sustainable across diverse teams and markets.

We illuminated how consultants actually worked — their habits, pressures, decision patterns, and collaboration flows. Using behavioural insights and systems thinking, we designed an adoption strategy that focused on capability, confidence, and clarity rather than technology alone. We worked with senior leaders to shape narratives, redesign workflows, and build the conditions for sustained use.
