The Seasonal Transformation Program is a deep evolution experience designed to help individual leaders and leadership teams shift their identity, emotional maturity, imagination, and behavioural patterns across four seasons: Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. Decades of behavioural science, neuroscience and psychology tell us that humans are affected by seasons, and each season activates different neurobiological and behavioural capacities.
